Kristina Graham
Kristina Graham founded Victory Learning Academy (VLA) at 620 N. Grace Street in Rocky Mount, NC, driven by a deep-rooted passion for early childhood education. Her vision for VLA is clear and heartfelt: to provide a nurturing, creative, and safe space where children can learn, grow, and thrive. As a lifelong advocate for children’s development, Kristina brings a unique blend of warmth, energy, and expertise to her work, making each day at VLA engaging and inspiring. Beyond her role at the Academy, Kristina is always looking to learn something new and is actively involved in community support. Her commitment goes beyond just teaching; she aims to create a supportive community where both children and parents feel like a part of the VLA family. Under her guidance, VLA strives to equip every child with the tools to succeed and the confidence to embrace new challenges. Experience: 20 Years
Our Story
Victory Learning Academy (VLA) was founded on December 2, 2016 by Kristina Graham with the vision of serving our community's youth. We aim to help all children develop spiritually, emotionally, socially, and intellectually through role playing, independent and group study and play, and other engaging activities. We believe that every child is special in his or her own way and should have access to a safe and loving environment where they can learn, play, and grow. We encourage all parents/caregivers to come visit and/or volunteer at VLA to interact with their children and the educators who make up our VLA family.

How We Learn, Grow, & Play
health & safety protocols

VLA has daily health protocols in place to ensure the safety of staff and students.

In addition, we have regular sanitation and disinfection practices, with high-touch surfaces cleaned multiple times a day and hand sanitizing stations available throughout the building.

We also have a strict sick policy : anyone showing symptoms of illness must stay home until they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours.
